Create Your Own Enrolment Form
To Create an Account, use the email address of your centre as your username and create a password of your choice. Once your account has been created, you are now ready to upload your own logo and create any custom questions you may wish to include on your enrolment form. If you have any additional documents that parents need to receive along with the enrolment form, these can also be attached as PDF files (ie Direct Debit form and/or your Centre's Policies).
